Phileo: Phillip Cavil, though his stage name is PhiLeO, is a underground Hip Hop artist residing in Springfield, IL in where he has been since the age of 4. He was only 10 years of age when he scribbled his first rap during a elementary teaching in which grew into a habit over the years. This “GH" representative since late 2014 has opened some ears and eyes within the 217 with his lyrics, flow, and stage presence. PhiLeO released his debut project “Shy Kid With Bigger Dreams” on July 1st 2015. He dropped 5 singles (3 music videos & 2 audio) from the project on the web in which has received an intermediate response around his hometown
